Unlimited designs can be woven to a towel. Because of the use of colorful threads woven towels are very colorful. Embroidery can also be done on these woven towels. Designs produced by raising and lowering on a loom in an automated way is called jacquard weaving. Jacquard weaving is mostly done with two colors but multi-colors can also be used. In woven towels one should look for thick loops packed closely because the loops who are responsible for drying. The thickness of the loops determined the quality of a woven towel. An edge which is stitched securely and woven tightly gives a longer life to a towel. |
