POINTS FOR PRINTING TOWEL
Through a process called silk screen printing, end number of designs and patterns to be printed are applied on the surface of the towel. Some points to consider regarding the fabric of the towel to be printed:
Quality: The towels to be printed should consistent in size, color and finish.
Color: White towels are the best when using water-based inks. But with black or dark blue ink colored towels can be used.
Finish: Terrycloth towels with a deep shear finish are most suitable for screen printing. Towels with high pile terry loop are difficult to print because the inks cannot be penetrated properly.
Construction: Either one-ply or two-ply, two-ply constructions are of the higher quality.
Bleaching: Bleaching brightens and whitens a towel which gives a better quality of print.
Size: The most favorable towel size for printing are the fingertip, hand and beach towels.
