Towel hair removal washing process:
1: Ingredients prescription: acid polishing enzyme (or hair removal enzyme) 2% acid powder (adjusting the pH value of the lotion from 5 to 5.5)
2: Washing method: Add the towels to be washed in the washing machine and add a certain amount of water. Adjust the pH of the washing liquid to 5~5.5 with acid powder, and heat it to 55 to 60 degrees. Add 2% of the weight of the towel with an acid polishing enzyme (or hair-removing enzyme) for 60 minutes, and then drain it. After washing with fresh water two times, it can be dehydrated and dried.
Precautions for preventing fluffing and pilling of hotel towels
Ⅰ: When washing towels, install towels according to 70%~80% of the capacity of the washing machine. If more than 80% of the towels are washed, it is easy to shed hair and pilling.
Ⅱ: Use a high water level when washing towels, and the temperature cannot easily exceed 60 degrees. The drying temperature is controlled at about 80°C.
Ⅲ: Heavy detergent should not be used when washing towels. All products use oxygen bleaching as far as possible. After oxygen bleaching, please neutralize with a neutralizer to reduce the content of acidic substances in the cotton fiber and prolong the service life of the product.
