1. Basic conditions for applying for return:
- The exchange can only be exchanged for the same paragraph or the same price as the same price;
- Confirm the quality of the goods when receiving the goods. Please contact customer service to inform the goods about the specific conditions of the quality problems, the number of products and take photos to provide relevant evidence to the customer service;
- If you need to apply for a return, you need to ensure that the outer packaging is complete, the packaging is not removed, and the secondary sales are not affected;
- Ensure that the accessories and gifts of the returned/replaced goods are complete; the invoice or sales statement of the issued documents is complete;
2. Conditions for returning goods are not allowed:
- Goods that affect the secondary sale by wearing, washing or artificially caused by fouling or damage;
- The processed goods have been modified;
- The gifts, tags, accessories, and outsourcing are damaged or lost;
- The invoice or sales statement that has been issued is lost and will not be returned;
- Goods that have no purchase records and have a large number of malicious returns;
- Goods that have been received for more than 30 days (subject to the customer’s receipt date);
3. Express selection：
- Return/exchange goods should be sent back by express delivery. The way of ordinary mail and the logistics method of picking up the goods by the recipient will not be refunded/replaced;
- If the goods are returned directly without the customer’s consent to return/exchange, Kude will not be responsible for the custody, reshipment, refund, and the right to dispose of the retained goods if necessary;
4. About shipping costs:
- All refunds/replacements require the customer to send the shipping fee first, and the cash on delivery will be rejected by Kude.
- For the first time due to personal reasons for returning/replacement or for the first time due to quality, the customer can get compensation within 5-10 working days after signing the courier in Kude warehouse;
- The second time for refund/exchange is not eligible for freight subsidy.
- The coupon is used for the order and returned after delivery. The coupon will not be refunded. If the order is not satisfied after the partial order is returned, the amount of the coupon will be deducted.
- The goods purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in the physical store; the goods purchased by the physical store cannot be returned or exchanged online.
- Under normal circumstances, only one return/exchange operation can be made for one order. In order to guarantee your rights and interests, please consider and contact customer service before the two parties can agree to return/exchange.
